Membership Benefits

While ESMAB leaders confer with appropriate departments for the benefit of the entire Meet and Confer employee group, membership in ESMAB provides you with access to individual advocacy and limited legal assistance when warranted.

ESMAB's recent accomplishments include:

ESMAB leadership continues to engage in advocacy for equitable salary increases. Additionally, ESMAB enjoys voting membership on the insurance and calendar committees.

Join us in supporting employees like yourself before the time comes when you may need assistance. Dues are just $15.00 per paycheck (20 checks) and membership is open to all non-union administrative, supervisory, professional, and technical employees of the Broward County School District.
