Greetings ESMAB Members and Potential ESMAB Members,

ESMAB is your “Meet and Confer” employee group. We are your representatives on relevant issues and concerns within Broward County Public Schools.

The Executive Board discusses and makes recommendations on SBBC policies, benefits, raise implementation, evaluation procedure, calendar and the manner in which raises are administered. A monthly meeting is held with the Superintendent to present and discuss ESMAB employees’ issues of concern.

An ESMAB application is available under the Membership tab for convenient electronic submission.

All children of active ESMAB members are eligible to apply for the ESMAB scholarship awarded each Fall. Completed applications, and all other required documents, must be submitted no later than May 10, 2024. Click ESMAB Scholarship under Membership to download the application.

The ESMAB Executive Board is asking that each current member try to recruit one new member. Strength in numbers exerts greater influence on important issues brought to our attention. We anticipate challenging times ahead and we need to support each other now more than ever. Thank you for your efforts on behalf of ESMAB.
